1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or utilizing any mobile applications or digital software products provided by ByteFy ("we", "us", or "our"), including Ghoasted, Purchi, Logs Calculator, Omnivert, and In Out, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of Services & Applications
Our applications are designed for personal productivity, discipline, calculation, and financial utility. You agree to use each application responsibly and in compliance with all relevant laws.
- App Lock Rules: For Ghoasted, users acknowledge that configured enforcement rules (such as location or cooldown locks) will restrict app access according to user preferences.
- Data Accuracy: For calculation and finance tools (Logs Calculator, PurchLog, In Out), calculations are provided for reference based on user input.
3. Cloud Backups & Integrations
Where applications offer optional cloud synchronizations (such as Google Drive AppData backup), files remain under your sole ownership and control within your Google Account.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ByteFy provides all applications on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ByteFy or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
